Position Overview

We are seeking Account Managers who are hungry, driven, and ready to grind. This is a sales-heavy role that combines high-volume phone outreach, in-person visits, and out-of-state travel to meet clients. You’ll be selling premium hemp/cannabis products that are already in high demand.

This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, wants uncapped earning potential, and thrives in a competitive environment. You’ll work directly with the owners, receiving hands-on training, guidance, and support to help you close deals and build long-term accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls and warm follow-ups
  • Visit local shops, distributors, and wholesalers throughout Florida
  • Fly out of state (company-paid) to build and maintain key accounts
  • Manage and grow your book of business
  • Record customer notes, activity logs, and deal stages in the CRM
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Present Schmack’s premium product line clearly and confidently


Requirements

  • Sales experience required
  • Cannabis or hemp sales experience strongly preferred (comes with increased compensation)
  • Must be driven, competitive, and ready to hustle
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Able to travel as needed for client meetings and industry opportunities
  • Must be familiar with using a CRM
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
