Boater’s World Marine Centers in Islamorada, FL is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Business Manager to support our Sales Team and oversee the finance and insurance portion of the sales process. This role is focused on securing lender approvals, completing paperwork accurately, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring smooth and compliant customer closings.


As the F&I Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team, lenders, and back-office administration. You will play a key role in funding timelines, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards—without being responsible for dealership-wide management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming deals from the Sales Team for accuracy and completeness
  • Submit financed deals to lender partners and work to secure approvals
  • Conduct closings and ensure full compliance with bank, state, and dealership policies
  • Convert cash buyers to finance when appropriate and present financing options
  • Sell aftermarket products including VSC, GAP, Appearance Protection, Roadside Plus, and others
  • Prepare title and registration documents and issue tags through the state system
  • Ensure deals are washed within 24 hours and funded within required timelines
  • Verify incoming trade titles and coordinate inspections before closing
  • Maintain accurate organization and scanning of deal jackets to the back office
  • Prepare monthly commission reports for payroll
  • Utilize deal checklists to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on product offerings and training

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience of Finance & Insurance experience in marine, RV, or automobile dealership.
  • Ability to get deals structured & approved with Lender partners
  • Timeliness of getting deals approved and responses to the sales team.
  • Thoroughness of deals as per checklists
  • Adherence to contract washing and funding policy
  • Ensure no tag or title transfers take more than 30 days
  • Established minimum ($3,500.00) PVR goal achievement
  • You will also be evaluated on other factors, such as good attendance, positive attitude, and teamwork
