We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting the office with light administrative duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain office records
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and scanning
- Provide general administrative support to staff, as needed

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
