Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves customer service, order processing, data entry, and answering phones. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and inquiries
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office or similar)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
