We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher/Cust Service Coordinator to support our long-distance household goods moving operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and customer-focused moves while coordinating drivers, customers, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Balance customer expectations with company policies using professionalism and empathy
• Make real-time scheduling and routing decisions while keeping drivers, planners and customers informed.
• Ensure Drivers have all of the information and materials needed for the success of their moves.
• Verify move details including addresses, access issues, customer requests and special handling needs
• Provide honest, timely updates to customers and drivers
• Maintain accurate documentation to prevent billing or compliance issues
• Manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously, especially during peak season
