Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Shipping Employee to help prepare, package, and ship healthy meals. This role is essential to ensuring our meals arrive fresh, accurate, and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare packages for local delivery or shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Pack in a cooler
- Work efficiently to meet daily deadlines
- Packing in a cooler for 8 or more hours
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Demands and Other Requirements:
- Regularly required to work more than 8 hour at times
- Must be available on the weekends and flexible hours
- Regularly required to stand for 8 or more hours
- Regularly required to use hands
- Regularly required to bend down to floor level or reach above eye level
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have reliable means of communication
- Must wear slip-resistant, oil-resistant shoes while working at all time (provided by employee)
