Job Description
Feature Film – “Hide & Seek” (2026)
Remote | Commission-Based | Executive Producer Credit
The House by Amaníta Samantha Green is hiring two skilled Angel Investor Coordinators to join the fundraising team for our $14.6M independent feature film, Hide & Seek — a bold, genre-defying thriller currently in pre-production.
This is a high-responsibility, high-reward position for experienced professionals with a proven track record in negotiation, investor relations, or capital raising. Compensation package details are below.
No training will be provided — candidates must be fully capable of executing outreach and closing investor contributions independently using the pitch materials and warm lead list provided. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
This commission-based, remote opportunity is designed for results-driven self-starters who excel at high-stakes communication and are ready to make a significant impact. Film experience is welcome but not required. Coordinators will work closely with our executive team to source, secure, and close qualified investor capital using company-provided materials and warm leads.
Role Overview
- Conduct investor outreach using a company-branded email address
- Present the project using a professional visual pitch deck that includes:
- Internal budget breakdown
- ROI projections
- Investor benefits
- Utilize a list of 500+ warm, pre-vetted investor leads
- Track communications and manage investor inquiries
- Work in tandem with another coordinator; report directly to executive leadership
Compensation
Total Potential Compensation: $1,065,000+
This includes:
- 2.5% commission on the $12 million core production budget ($300,000 per Coordinator)
- Executive Producer credit on Hide & Seek (opening and closing titles, and marketing materials)
- Overraise bonus: $15,000 per Coordinator for every $1 million raised above the $14.6 million goal
- Early funding incentive bonus if full funding is secured within three months:
- 1% revenue royalty share, capped at $250,000
- 0.5% IP profit share, capped at $500,000
Payments are disbursed on a rolling basis within 30 days of each investor contribution received.
Requirements
- Must be available for virtual interview and onboarding between July 7–11, and able to begin outreach work within two weeks of hire
- Must demonstrate the ability to pitch and close without relying on pre-written scripts, templates, or formal sales training provided by the company
- Strong confidence and professionalism in engaging with high-net-worth individuals, startup investors, and early-stage VCs
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed benchmarks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive outreach and follow-through are essential
- Prior experience in sales, fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations is strongly preferred
- Film industry experience is not required, but an interest in independent film and entertainment finance is a plus
- Must treat this opportunity with start-up energy and executive-level responsibility — ideal for those seeking meaningful backend earnings
Interview Schedule
We are actively scheduling virtual interviews the week of Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11. Qualified applicants will be contacted promptly to coordinate their interview date and time.
