Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Plantation, FL (frequent travel required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role
Our client, a large and rapidly growing healthcare organization, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its CEO, a physician-executive who owns and operates multiple healthcare companies. This is a high-visibility role that requires discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO and travel frequently alongside them, supporting day-to-day operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Manage high-volume email correspondence with professionalism, discretion, and timely follow-up
- Arrange and manage domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Travel frequently with the CEO to meetings, conferences, and business locations
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other executive materials as needed
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment
- Support executive office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and continuity across multiple companies
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior leadership
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with email platforms, calendar systems, and common office software
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Maintains a consistently professional demeanor and communication style when interacting with executives, partners, and stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently with the CEO
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience supporting a physician executive or multi-entity organization is a plus
