We specialize in helping clients buy and sell homes, with a strong focus on service, marketing, and creating an outstanding visual presentation of properties. Our goal is to help clients find their ideal home or sell their property with ease, using professional marketing tools and personalized service.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer / Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that showcases our property listings, brand story, and client services. This role will help us differentiate in the market via compelling visuals, both for listings and for digital / social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Film and produce video content for residential property listings: interior tours, exterior walk-throughs, neighborhood features, aerial/drone shots (if applicable).

Create promotional/branding videos highlighting client testimonials, agent profiles, before/after staging, lifestyle shots, etc.

Edit and post-produce video content: color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, branding overlays, transitions.

Collaborate with Marketing / Real Estate Agents to plan shoots: scheduling, staging advice, lighting, framing, best angles.

Ensure final video content is optimized for multiple platforms: website MLS listings, YouTube, Instagram Reels / Stories / TikTok / Facebook, etc.

Maintain and organize all raw footage and final video assets; archive backups.

Operate and care for video equipment: cameras, stabilizers / gimbals, lighting kits, drones (if licensed), audio gear.

Keep up to date with video trends, stylistic innovations, and social media best practices to make content fresh and engaging.

Occasionally assist with photography (still shots) as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical & Creative Skills:

Proficient with video production equipment: DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, audio gear.

Experience with video editing tools/software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar. Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or other) is a plus.

Drone experience with valid FAA Part 107 or local license (if aerial videography is part of the job).

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, sound quality.

Ability to produce final videos that are polished, brand-consistent, and optimized for different platforms.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication: ability to work with real estate agents, clients, and the marketing team to understand what visual messaging is needed.

Good sense of aesthetics, detail-oriented, patient with staging, takes pride in high quality.

Strong time-management skills: ability to plan shoots, manage editing schedules, meet deadlines.

Adaptability and creative problem-solving, especially when dealing with varying property conditions, tight timelines, weather, etc.
Other Requirements:

Reliable transportation; ability to travel to various property locations.

Availability for flexible hours: shoots may happen during evenings, weekends, or as needed.

Portfolio required: samples of past real estate or similar video work.

Valid licensing (for drone work) and any required permits or insurance (if applicable).
Working Conditions

Field work at property locations—interiors, exteriors, possibly aerial work outdoors.

Office or remote work for editing, asset management, and planning.

Mix of stable, staged environments and unpredictable settings (weather, lighting, etc.).
