As a Remote Leads Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your focus will be on sourcing accurate contact information, identifying key decision-makers, and maintaining a clean, up-to-date CRM database. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

  • Generate accurate lead lists based on target industries, job titles, or regions.

  • Verify and organize contact details (emails, phone numbers, company info).

  • Segment leads into appropriate categories for targeted outreach.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on ideal customer profiles.

  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Track lead performance and optimize strategies over time.

  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation quotas.
