Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician (Delivery Support) is responsible for maintaining gear readiness and supporting delivery operations. This role focuses primarily on warehouse duties during the week, with delivery responsibilities every weekend and occasionally during the week. Candidates will be trained to drive company vehicles and properly attach trailers as part of their role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and maintain beach gear and operational equipment

• Support warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and equipment upkeep

• Assist with delivery and pickup operations on weekends and some weekdays

• Drive company vehicles and support trailer setup after training

• Identify and report equipment maintenance or repair needs

• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures

• Bike Maintenance is a huge priority from all employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to back a trailer

• Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with equipment is a plus

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions

• Willingness to learn delivery operations and safety standards
