Position Overview

disl is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Account Manager to join our team. This dual-function role is essential to keeping our leadership team on track while ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will excel at project management, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic behavioral health care environment .

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Project Management (50%)

  • Project Coordination: Manage and track all team deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings for the leadership team, optimizing time and preventing conflicts

  • Priority Management: Create and maintain weekly/daily priority action item lists for all team members

  • Meeting Facilitation: Set agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from leadership meetings

  • Task Organization: Keep leadership team organized and accountable to deadlines and commitments

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including document preparation, correspondence, and filing

Account Management (50%)

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarded clients, ensuring timely and compassionate communication

  • Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns within your scope of responsibility

  • Escalation Management: Identify issues requiring specialized attention and escalate to appropriate team members promptly

  • Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Documentation: Track all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

  • SCRUM Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in administrative or office management role; healthcare or behavioral health experience strongly preferred

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and CRM systems

  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in documentation and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in behavioral health care, substance use disorder treatment, or healthcare administration

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

  • Account management or customer service background

Salary Range: $80k-$120k
