We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Sales & Marketing to own and evolve the platforms that drive lead generation, sales execution, contracting, financing, and ongoing member billing. This is a high-visibility, business-critical role with real impact on conversion, cash flow, and customer trust.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the product strategy and execution for Vacatia’s end-to-end sales and revenue ecosystem, including both third-party tools and custom-built platforms.

Your impact will include:

  • Owning the roadmap for CRM, lead management, sales enablement, contracting, financing, billing, and collections systems
  • Improving lead quality, conversion rates, contract completion, funding velocity, and payment performance
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Data, and Engineering to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions
  • Supporting digital contracting, disclosures, signatures, and downstream operational handoffs
  • Enabling mortgage and payment plan workflows, including underwriting, funding milestones, and coordination with Finance and Legal
  • Driving better billing, invoicing, customer communications, and collections outcomes
  • Leading AI proof-of-concepts in areas like lead scoring, sales forecasting, underwriting assistance, customer outreach, and agent productivity
  • Establishing strong analytics across the full revenue lifecycle—from funnel performance to lifetime value

What You Bring

  • 7–12+ years of Product Management experience owning revenue, sales, or financial lifecycle systems
  • Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, lead management, and sales enablement platforms
  • Experience supporting contracts, payments, billing, financing, or other regulated workflows
  • A strong track record managing and rationalizing SaaS tools alongside custom-built systems
  • Data-driven decision-making skills across funnels, funding metrics, delinquency, and ROI
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or experimentation is a strong plus
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in vacation ownership, real estate, travel, fintech, or other high-consideration, regulated sales environments.
