Job Description
Iconic Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, a Physician-Owned Non-Private-Equity dermatology practice is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to keep our financial and administrative documents impeccably organized and up to date. This role supports our practice by maintaining accurate records, coordinating routine finance tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for invoices, receipts, statements, contracts, and payroll documents.
- Log and track expenses; match receipts to transactions; assist with basic reconciliations.
- Prepare and update simple reports (weekly spend summaries) and meeting packets.
- Collect W‑9s and insurance certificates; coordinate with our bookkeeper/CPA on monthly closes.
- Monitor due dates for bills, licenses, and renewals; set reminders and follow up.
- Handle mail scanning, document naming conventions, and version control in Google Drive.
- Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA/PHI guidelines where applicable.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in an administrative, bookkeeping, or office coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets; QuickBooks or similar software preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; strong written communication.
Skills
- Document management, data entry accuracy, time management, teamwork, discretion.
Schedule & Compensation
- On-site in Indian River Shores, FL; part-time to full-time depending on fit. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
