Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage weekly payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and deadlines.
• Perform human resources-related tasks, such as employee record maintenance and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop software for accounting and financial tasks.
• Assist in maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Address discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
• Experience in payroll processing and management.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
