Job DescriptionDescriptionReimagined Parking is looking for a Project and Communications Manager that will play a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Transformation Team (Mission Control) in tracking, managing, and reporting on high-impact company-wide initiatives. The Project and Communications Manager will also be highly involved in internal communications content development and coordination. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who is a highly organized and proactive individual, comfortable navigating both operational tasks and strategic communications with senior leaders. This role will work closely under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Initiatives and will be instrumental in ensuring progress, accountability, and visibility across key transformation programs and communication company-wide and cross-functional.

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with strong organizational skills and the confidence to follow up with executives and department leaders, ensuring project milestones are proactively maintained, updated, and unblocked. This role will ensure content is developed as well as coordination of internal topics and themes that need to be communicated among leaders and trickled down the company by utilizing effectively the proper internal communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Tracking & Management Support:

  • Maintain and update Jira boards and workflows for all active Mission Control projects.
  • Monitor initiative status, flag delays or risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Send timely follow-ups and reminders to project owners, workstream leads, and stakeholders to keep deliverables on track.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with department heads and project leaders to gather updates and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare summaries, and maintain documentation for steering committees, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Draft and send project communications, nudges, and alerts to senior stakeholders.
  • Confidently engage with executives, EVPs, and business leaders to support visibility and accountability.
  • Help prepare visual dashboards and reports for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and executive updates.


Internal Comms Content Development and Coordination

  • Development of content for internal communications in conjunction with Department leads and Human Resources
  • Micro-learnings scope, attendance, audience, archive, and requirements
  • Policy and procedure implementation roadmap (archive + training + audit)
  • Internal comms employee hub page creation, posting, maintenance
  • Company awards communication and process
  • Content coordination from corporate to EVP regional calls
  • Townhall support
  • Monitoring and performance consistency on comm channels



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise• Understanding of Agile methodologies or PMO best practices.
• Experience tracking KPIs and helping teams adhere to OKRs or transformation milestones.
• Ability to create clear and concise reports, summaries, and communications.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation support roles.
• Three plus years of internal communications content development experience
• Strong communications background either as a profession or on-job experience within internal communications teams.
• Familiarity with the project management tool Jira.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders; professional and confident communicator (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience in enterprise, tech, or consulting environments is a plus.
