Press & Grind Cafe is one of South Florida's first and finest Cafe, Coffee House & Juice Bars. We are actively expanding our brand with multiple new locations on the horizon and looking to build a Management and Development team that shares our vision of brining high quality hospitality experiences to everyone. At Press & Grind Café, we believe great coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere go hand in hand. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, we pride ourselves on crafting an experience that keeps our customers coming back—not just for our cold brews and smoothies, but for the community vibe we’ve built.
If you love creating content, telling brand stories that resonate, and know how to turn insights into followers and followers into customers than this role is for you. You’ll lead content strategy, creation, community engagement, and daily social management to grow our audience and deepen brand love for cafe. You will be more than just our Brand Ambassador, you will be our Latte Liaison, our Mood Swing Manager who helps keep South Florida Caffeinated and setting the vibe
Are someone who understands how to make a brand feel human online, knows what’s trending (and why it matters), and isn’t afraid to experiment to see what works. You can blend creativity with analytics, and you're comfortable being the voice behind the brand and working hand in hand with leaders and team members to make compelling REAL content
This position reports directly to the CEO & Founder of the company with competitive compensation, bonuses and various benefits.
You would be responsible for :
- developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc.) to tell the story of Press & Grind
· Work with our graphic designers to create engaging email, SMS and push notification marketing
- Monitor and managing the Company's online reputation by proactively responding to guest feedback, addressing customer inquiries, and handling comments or reviews in a professional and positive manner to maintain a strong brand image.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align content with reputation management, marketing initiatives, seasonal themes, and special events.
· Maintain a proactive approach to ensure the Brand's social media presence.
· Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize content and engagement.
· Execute a strategic publishing schedule and regularly update social channels to promote seasonal offerings and special events.
· Capture captivating content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that embodies the essence of our brand, ensuring consistency and high quality across all digital touchpoints.
· Assist on marketing projects including designs for promotions, digital media, ads, flyers, etc.
· Write compelling copy to accompany visuals across all platforms, ensuring the tone and voice reflect the vibe & image of our brand
· Organize and track content creation projects to ensure timely delivery, meeting deadlines, and managing priorities effectively.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, propose creative solutions, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements :

.2+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on luxury brands, hospitality, or related industries.
· Experience in creating and managing content: photography, videography, and editing, particularly for social media platforms (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, or similar).
· Experience in photo/video shoot management, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, etc.
· Experience in creating marketing materials (ads, promotional materials, invites, flyers, etc.)
· Proficient in managing social media platforms (Meta: Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and using social media analytics tools.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
· Strong organizational, collaborative and time management skills, with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring designs and copy align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
· Strong analytical skills with Sense of urgency—works well in high pressure environments and with strict guidelines
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal form
· Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays and special events is necessary.
· This position requires candidate to work both remotely and onsite.
