As Studio Manager at Degree Wellness, you’ll run the show, driving performance, nurturing an unbeatable team culture, and delivering five-star experiences to every member. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives on results and leads with positivity.
Your Impact:
● Achieve sales goals for memberships and wellness services using real-time dashboards & leading a high-performance team in & out of studio.
● Recruit, train, and motivate your team—build a culture where everyone grows and wins.
● Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
● Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials.
● Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed goals – (Network & foster relationships w/local fitness & wellness community, key influencers, corporate offices, clubhouses, apartment & other communities; develop & lead events)
● Lead by example, energizing the team and reinforcing our mission and values in every interaction.
Ideal Experience:
● 1+ year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
● Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
● Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar) & MS Office.
● Flexible for weekends, evenings & off-site events
● Relationship-builder with a solutions mindset.
