Job Description
Job Title: 50/50 Game Day Ambassador
Location: Dunedin, Florida
Work Model: On-site at TD Ballpark (373 Douglas Avenue, Dunedin FL 34698)
Dates: Blue Jays home games from February 21 – March 22, 2026
Job Status: Existing Vacancy
Position Summary
As a 50/50 Game Day Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays, and selling 50/50 raffle tickets to fans during Blue Jays 2026 Spring Training home games. In 2025, Jays Care’s 50/50 program generated over $10 MILLION for kids programming.

Responsibilities
- Sell 50/50 raffle tickets with a positive energy and a loud voice to fans at Blue Jays Spring Training home games.
- Sell 50/50 raffle tickets in different environments as needed, such as outdoors prior to the game, on the concourse as an individual, or as a team in a stadium kiosk.
- Act as a Jays Care Brand Ambassador with the goal of enhancing the guest experience.
- Educate fans on Jays Care’s charitable initiatives and be a knowledge resource about the programs made possible because of 50/50 ticket sales.
- Work independently while always maintaining the importance of the team’s collective success.
- Support and assist other Toronto Blue Jays game staff (e.g. ushers, security, etc.) to assist guests who require assistance or attention.
- Ensure fans are adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure application of WE CARE services principles in all interactions with fans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of the game of baseball (and a passion for the Blue Jays!) is an asset
- 2+ years of sales/customer service experience
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be able to submit availability for 90% of Toronto Blue Jays spring training home games (schedule here)
- Must be able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to stand, walk and/or move (if able) for extended periods of time (5-7 hours per shift)
- Must be able to work in a loud, crowded and fast-paced work environment
- Must be committed to delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction!
