Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners and property managers, and promoting our HVAC services including installations, repairs, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality products. This is a commission-based position with high earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads in residential and light commercial markets
- Conduct on-site evaluations and present HVAC solutions to clients
- Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into closed sales
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional company image
- Track sales activities, prepare proposals, and meet monthly targets
- Educate customers on available products, financing options, and promotions

Ideal Candidate
