Business Development Specialist
Location: Miami Beach, FL (serving Miami and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $40,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Conduct daily outreach calls to develop and strengthen professional relationships in your territory.

Educate clients and prospects on the company’s restoration services and competitive advantages.

Increase brand awareness through industry and marketing events, professional associations, and Continuing Education classes.

Document sales activity and opportunities in CRM and provide revenue updates to leadership.

Consistently meet and exceed territory sales goals.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

2+ years of direct sales experience required.
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.

Strong communication skills, both in person and online.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
