Job Description -
- Must have advanced expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Microsoft Excel (advanced test required)
- The ability to create, analyze, and interpret financial spreadsheets and data
- Generate regular financial reporting and tracking for multiple small companies
- Enter bills, pay vendors, make journal entries, and collect receivables
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaising with third-party finance company on customer & vendor transactions
- Ensure the timely filing of quarterly sales and use tax returns and other state-federal
- regulatory company documents
- Liaising with logistics and warehouse providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of goods & inventory management
- Coordinate international and domestic shipping activities (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.)
- Light admin tasks such as answering the telephone, responding to emails, and maintaining the physical, digital & accounting system
- Maintain stockholder ledger, prepare documents for AGM and related activities
Required Skills:
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience Required, Enterprise & advanced inventory experience preferred
- ProAdvisor Certification preferred
- Organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize workload.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Provide support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Knowledgeable with the use of Windows 11 PC with expertise in Word, Excel (advanced preferred), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
