Golf E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist

In Person Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Role is not remote)
Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
$25-30/hr (or salaried based on experience)

StickX Golf is a premier golf equipment trade-in service based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Our e-commerce operations, StickHawk, specializes in offering authentic pre-owned golf clubs and gear at the most affordable prices online. Were looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to help us raise the bar for online customer care. This is an in-person role based in our Palm Beach Gardens, FL headquarters supporting our online customers primarily via email and messaging.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple e-commerce channels (via email, messaging, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Manage orders, returns, refunds, and shipping inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update inventory databases
- Process returns and refunds
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of multi-channel customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills clear, concise, and professional
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent follow-through
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Comfortable working within the framework of an established inventory database
- A true customer service pro who thrives on solving problems and creating positive experiences
- Golf knowledge a plus, but not required
