We are a fast-growing home improvement company serving customers across Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong organizational skills and customer service experience to join our team.
Customer Support Specialist Duties:
- Responsible for communicating with our customers and providing them with clear and accurate project information.
- Utilizing our internal client information database, and communicating with other departments to obtain project information updates as needed.
- Responsible for updating database with information communicated to customer.
- Responsible for composing and preparing replies to customer inquiries independently using word processing software (Outlook).
- Using correct and updated application forms to assist with filling out permit applications forms with clear and accurate customer and property information within various municipalities/Counties.
- Mailing application forms to customers for signatures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of general office/clerical experience.
- Prior customer service experience (phone, email, and in person).
- Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.
- Proficiency with word processing and data entry.
- Ability to compose accurate and professional correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Preferred: Familiarity with business or permitting processes.
