We are seeking reliable and experienced Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to join our logistics team. If you own a high roof cargo van or small box truck and have a proven track record with delivery work — this is a great opportunity for steady, rewarding work.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up packages and load your own vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Follow all delivery protocols and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Maintain professional communication with the dispatch team throughout routes.
- Monitor delivery progress and promptly report any issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Must own a high roof cargo van or small box truck (in good working condition).
- Previous delivery experience required — experience with Amazon, FedEx Ground, UPS, or similar strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 100 lbs).
- Must have your own hand truck/dolly and necessary delivery tools.
- Reliable smartphone for route management and communication.
- Must carry proper commercial insurance for your vehicle.
- Owner-operators are responsible for all vehicle maintenance and operating expenses.
