We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will receive emergency and non-emergency calls as well as emails and must make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. Job requires excellent communication skills both verbally and written; job also requires computer literacy.
Must be fluent in English (speak, write, read, and comprehend), Spanish speaking a plus.
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing as well as periodic spot testing as required by our Insurance Company.

Full Job Description
Essential Functions:
Ø Knowledge of commonly used hardware within our service field.
Ø Customer follow-up as needed
Ø Answering the telephone and making follow-up calls.
Ø Collect and document information from callers in our software
Ø Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency
Ø Monitor status of the service calls and follow up
Ø Interact with customers by phone and email to schedule appointments
Ø Dispatch/Route technicians
Ø Debrief technicians at the end of each job to make sure their notes and pictures are in the software before they leave the site.
Ø Enter, initiate, follow progress, and close calls in the computer
Ø Scan paperwork
Ø Organize paperwork into the computer as an attachment to the file
Ø Send Emails for scheduling purposes
Ø Must have a positive work ethic, a problem-solving mentality, and a 'can-do' attitude
Ø Adheres to company policies and procedures; follows department training guidelines, best practices, and operating procedures
Ø Works well with fellow Associates, Supervisors and Managers
Ø Follows all Location Safety and Security Guidelines
Ø Ability to effectively present information to customers, commercial clients & supervisors.
Ø Accurate record keeping
Ø Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Ø Required - a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dispatching and customer service within our service field
Ø High School Diploma / GED is a MUST
Ø Must have good organizational skills
Ø Computer literate is a MUST, (adept with computers and mobile devices as required for dispatching, data entry and communications)
Ø Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ø Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ø Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business
Ø Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and trust with confidential material, information, and documents.
Ø Maintain a unified and professional presence with the team and customers.
Communication Skills:
Ø Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ø Ability to read, write and understand verbal instructions
Ø Strong customer service skills
Mathematical Skills:
Ø Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability:
Ø Must be able to follow instructions, work independently and or within a team environment
Physical Demands:
Ø This position involves walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, hearing, and talking.
Compensation:
Ø Salary based on experience
Ø Bonus dependent upon performance
Work Hours:
Ø Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
