Job DescriptionEmployment Opportunity: Selective Investigations, Inc. is hiring a person to work in our home office to execute a variety of duties to include: payroll, accounts receivables/payables, collections, human resources and facilitate general office duties. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, human resources or related field or experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accounts receivables/payables and collections
Verify and process payroll using Quick Books and ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing
Assist in the recruitment process, posting job openings, initial phone interviews
Employee onboarding and offboardingMaintain HR records Serve as point of contact for employee inquires related HR and payrollAssist in the implementation of HR policies and proceduresManage office supplies inventory and manage procurement processes
Oversee office IT systems
Plan and organize company events including holiday parties and employee appreciation activities, to boost morale and engagementConduct annual worker’s comp, general liability and automobile insurance auditsSpecial projects as directed by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related fieldExperience with ADP & QuickBooks
Bookkeeping experience MultitaskingOrganizational skillsAttention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with basic HR policiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
