What You’ll Do:
- As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our resort running smoothly and beautifully:
- Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms and inviting public spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections and take swift action to maintain resort cleanliness standards.
- Jump in where needed—whether it’s deep cleaning, full room turns, or supporting special projects.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, order supplies, and ensure safe storage and handling.
- Develop and oversee annual deep-cleaning schedules.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, from room concerns to service requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to create a seamless guest experience.
- Serve as the go-to leader during housekeeping-related emergencies.
- Support the Resort Manager with reporting, projects, and operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years in hospitality housekeeping; resort or timeshare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of OSHA, MSDS, and safe chemical handling procedures.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and holidays.
