Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Flexible schedule availability, particularly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Oversee service workflow, ensuring timely repairs and quality control
  • Experience as a Lead Technician or have ability to repair and out together sporting goods/equipment
  • Act as the primary service advisor, guiding customers and recommending solutions
  • Train and mentor service staff to enhance performance and technical skills
  • Manage service department financials, including budgeting and revenue goals
