Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule availability, particularly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Oversee service workflow, ensuring timely repairs and quality control
- Experience as a Lead Technician or have ability to repair and out together sporting goods/equipment
- Act as the primary service advisor, guiding customers and recommending solutions
