Our company is currently seeking three customer service representatives to join our team.! We're looking for three person with customer service experience. The pay range is $18 to $30 per hour. Must be bilingual. (English-Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and offering troubleshooting assistance related to fire alarm parts.
- Assist with product recommendations by understanding customer needs and helping them select the appropriate fire alarm components or accessories.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving for customers’ technical or product-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, providing clear and helpful information regarding fire alarm parts and services.
- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about fire alarm systems and their components to better assist customers with product-related inquiries and issues.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
