Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering prompt and accurate support to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and clear updates within CRM systems to track client interactions and progress.
• Conduct thorough research to assist Account Executives in gathering necessary information for underwriting processes.
• Provide exceptional service and create positive experiences for clients throughout their engagement.
• Proactively follow up with the internal sales team and customers to ensure seamless handling of requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and inquiries efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of communication and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Support the team in achieving business goals by contributing to continuous process improvements.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage various client situations and inquiries simultaneously.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain productive relationships across organizational teams.
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation, paralegal work, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems, with experience in dynamic CRM platforms being a plus.
• Customer service expertise, including call center or superior client support experience.
• Knowledge of litigation and pre-litigation processes is advantageous.
