Position Summary
We are looking for In-House Accountant to Join our team! You will be responsible for managing our company's financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices within GAAP Accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger balancing..
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations, including preparation of journal entries and accruals.
- Records all contributions, distributions, and fund expenses through proper fund entity structures.
- Assist with tax planning and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor information in the accounting system.
- Ensure accuracy and timelines in all financial reporting.
- Work closely with our independent accounting firm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction accounting industry or a similar role.
- Proficient of various accounting programs (XERO, QUICKBOOKS, ETC)
