Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Riviera Beach, FL (100% on-site)
Pay: $20-$22/hr based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine account reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis
- Provide support for accounts payable and receivable functions
- Maintain precise financial documentation and records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Work together with other departments to address discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Experience handling account reconciliation duties
- Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organisational capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable about accounting software
- Self-motivated and consistently able to adhere to deadlines
- High school diploma required; an associate degree in accounting is preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
