Create and update HR policies and procedures.

Manage leave policies and employee wellness initiatives.

Strategic Planning

Align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.

Education
-
Experience
-
8-10+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.

Skills
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
