About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Talent Coordinator to support a select group of our models while managing their online presence across multiple platforms. This hybrid role combines talent coordination with hands-on social media management.
⚠️ Important Note: This position involves working with mature/sensitive content on creator subscription platforms. Applicants must be fully comfortable supporting creators in this space.
A key part of this role is managing accounts and publishing content on behalf of models across public-facing platforms — including TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Threads. This includes writing captions, posting content, and engaging with audiences as if you are the model.
On creator subscription platforms, responsibilities focus on content management such as wall/feed posts, uploads, and scheduling — not chatting or direct fan messaging.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for assigned models

Manage and publish daily content on behalf of models across TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Threads

Access and work within models’ subscription accounts to manage wall posts, feed updates, and content scheduling (no fan chatting required)

Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies

Coordinate and schedule content shoots with talent

Review and advise on content before posting to ensure quality and alignment

Optimize posting schedules, captions, and strategies for maximum reach and engagement

Maintain consistent communication with models to ensure accountability and progress toward goals

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications

Experience in social media management and/or talent coordination

Strong understanding of social media trends, virality, and engagement strategies

Proficient across TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Threads, and other major platforms

Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced digital spaces

Strong communication skills for collaborating with both talent and internal teams

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Comfortable working with mature/sensitive content on creator subscription platforms

Preferred: 2+ years managing or supporting influencer/model accounts; prior agency or talent management experience
