What Youll Do
As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Team Member, youll be a vital part of keeping our kitchen efficient, clean, and guest-ready. Youll work closely with our cooks and managers to maintain order, safety, and speed the behind-the-scenes excellence that makes great food possible.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently.
- Keep the dish area, sinks, and kitchen floors clean, dry, and organized.
- Empty trash and recyclables throughout the shift and follow all sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food prep, restocking, and organization as needed.
- Support the line and prep teams by keeping cookware and tools available.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager promptly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to keep the kitchen safe and compliant.
- Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations throughout the day.
What Were Looking For
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus but well train the right person!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- Team player with good communication and time management skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
