The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner

  • Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues

  • Process orders, returns, and account updates

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Basic computer proficiency
