Job DescriptionSanitation & Debris Removal Technicians perform property cleanouts, junk removal, and general site sanitation. This role is physical, fast-paced, and task-focused. Reliability and work ethic matter more than experience.Key Responsibilities
Debris Removal
- Removal of junk, furniture, debris, and contents
- Bagging, lifting, loading, and hauling materials to trucks or dumpsters
- Light demolition (drywall, flooring, fixtures) when directed.
- Light disassembly of furniture or fixtures
Routine Office & Facility Cleaning
- Trash removal
- Vacuuming / sweeping
- Mopping with standard cleaners
- Pressure washing
- Wipe-down of desks, tables, counters, fixtures
- Restroom cleaning under normal use conditions
- Kitchen / breakroom cleaning
- Floor care
- Turnover cleaning between tenants or employees
Professional Conduct & Customer Service
- Follow supervisor instructions exactly
- Maintain respectful behavior on residential and commercial sites
- Maintain discretion around client property and situations
- Stop work immediately if safety issues arise
Requirements
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs; work 4–10 hours; tolerate heat, odors, and physical demands.
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with dirty environments
- Experience with tools, construction, restoration, or field labor preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment
