Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations. Handle incoming calls from clients, address inquiries, and offer solutions. Propose insurance plans that align with clients' individual needs. Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Stay informed about industry updates and changes to offer informed advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License

Experience: Previous 1 year experience in insurance sales or a related field

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.

Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while representing the agency.
