About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, focused, and fast-moving cook to join our kitchen team. You need solid fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to keep your head down and hustle during service. We operate in a completely open kitchen, with a chef’s table, so cleanliness, language, and attitude are important. No ego, no shortcuts—just clean cooking and team energy.

What You’ll Do:
• Work your station with precision and urgency
• Execute dishes to spec—every time
• Set up, break down, and clean your station
• Support prep as needed for service and next day
• Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and expo
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards

• 1–2 years of line experience in a busy kitchen
• Solid knife skills and station organization
• Punctual, coachable, and consistent
• Can handle volume without sacrificing quality
