Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage operations management experience in a fine dining environment or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level hotel restaurant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and other common software programs.
- Strong people skills with the ability to connect easily with both internal and external guests.
