This Marketing Assistant is a Temporary position responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing effective campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. By conducting research, creating content, and assisting in the coordination of marketing activities, they contribute to the overall success of the organization’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Assists in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with AML, BSA, and other banking regulations. Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in marketing communications.
- Supports the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Maintains and updates the marketing database, ensuring accurate records of contacts and leads.
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns using tools such as Hubspotp, Constant Contact, etc. Monitor and report on campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
- Provides administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinate and manage marketing-related events (community outreach programs, client events, sponsorships, etc.).
- Represent the bank at events, building relationships with clients and potential partners.
- Manage marketing inventory (promotional materials, brochures, etc.).
- Assist with translation services for marketing materials and client communications (if proficient in Spanish or another language).
- Participate in meeting with sister banks. (Spanish required)
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders
Requirements
Education: Technical Studies
Possible Degrees: Business Administration, Marketing
Language: English and Spanish
