We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires strong experience with QuickBooks and prior bookkeeping experience in plumbing, construction, or a closely related trade.
This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Candidates must be willing and able to commute daily.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Record and reconcile transactions (AP/AR, bank accounts, credit cards)

Handle invoicing, payments, and job costing

Track expenses, payroll data, and vendor accounts

Prepare financial reports as needed

Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

Previous bookkeeping experience in plumbing, construction, or a related field

Strong understanding of job costing and contractor workflows

High attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Must be willing to commute to the job location
