The Role
This isn’t a routine “paper pusher” position—it’s the control center of every transaction. You’ll manage the final and most critical stage of the loan process, ensuring every detail is perfect from final approval through funding and post-closing.

In this role, you’ll:

Take full ownership of each file from final approval through funding and post-closing.

Prepare and verify flawless Closing Disclosures and complete closing packages.

Spot discrepancies before they become delays.

Communicate clearly and confidently with title companies, processors, underwriters, borrowers, and loan officers.

Keep every closing on time, compliant, and perfectly executed.

Bring structure, calm, and accuracy to a high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of mortgage experience (Closing as a correspondent lender is a plus).

Deep understanding of Closing Disclosure line items, TRID, and compliance standards.

A sharp, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.

A “see it, fix it, own it” mindset—no loose ends.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
