Salary: $70,000 – $90,000/year + benefits
AtWork Doral is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a client with strong background in cold storage operations to lead and optimize our inbound and outbound processes. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, security, and good manufacturing practices, while coordinating closely with Procurement, Plant Operations, and Quality Control to support material distribution across plants, distribution centers, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities in Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, and satellite locations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain audit readiness.
Conduct regular safety walks and enforce company and regulatory standards.
Manage KPIs for shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts.
Communicate inventory reports and resolve discrepancies with management and customer service.
Coordinate staff schedules and manage supply chain operations.
Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and ASN discrepancies.
Oversee product sorting, QA-related activities, hold returns, and cold storage handling.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/warehouse, with emphasis on cold storage environments (freezer, refrigeration, dry goods).
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
Experience with box coding, shelf-life rotation, inventory control, scanners, and shipping schedules.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
