We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in Homeowners Associations (HOA) or Community Association Management to work in our Jupiter Regional office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payables, and ensuring timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and community manager. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HOA accounting procedures.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records for the association
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and budget-to-actual reports
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and reserve accounts regularly
  • Administer accounts payable: enter invoices, verify approvals, and process payments
  • Track reserves, capital projects, and special assessment projects
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
  • Work closely with the community manager, vendors, and board members


Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE
