Forklift/Warehouse Associate – Flooring Company

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Benefits: 100% Employer-Paid Medical Benefits

Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a high-end flooring company with multiple locations throughout Fort Myers and Naples. This position is based at their corporate warehouse in Fort Myers.

We are seeking a Experienced Forklift/Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. This is a fast-paced, well-established company looking for reliable and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders for delivery or pickup

• Load and unload delivery trucks

• Shipping, receiving, and stocking materials

• Provide excellent customer service

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

• Use warehouse management systems (some roles require computer proficiency)

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience

• Certified forklift operator (required)

• Shipping & receiving knowledge

• Experience with order pulling and inventory

• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
