Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week; flexible hours between 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Monday-Saturday, you make schedule)
Pay: $19.82-$21.84 per hour plus monthly bonuses
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Consultant to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced in website optimization, brand development, e-mail marketing, and e-commerce, with a proven ability to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Website Optimization:

Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.

Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and search rankings.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance user experience and functionality.

Branding:

Shape and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Develop brand guidelines and oversee creative assets for campaigns and content.

Conduct market research to maintain a competitive and relevant brand presence.

E-mail Marketing:

Plan, design, and execute targeted e-mail campaigns to nurture leads and boost customer retention.

Create A/B tests and track key performance metrics to optimize results.

Manage e-mail databases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

E-commerce:

Develop strategies to grow online sales and enhance the digital shopping experience.

Oversee product listings, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce analytics.

Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce strategy.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Hands-on experience with e-mail marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
