This is a 100% remote, commission-based position supporting clients who have already requested information regarding financial protection options such as life insurance and mortgage protection.
You’ll work with a consistent flow of warm inquiries, follow a proven process, and receive training and support to succeed in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities

Learn and follow established sales and client service systems

Connect with individuals and families who have requested information

Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom

Educate clients on available coverage options and guide them through next steps

Communicate clearly with clients and internal support teams

Meet activity and performance benchmarks tied directly to compensation

Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

Maintain compliance with state insurance and licensing requirements

Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads

Help families secure appropriate protection and financial solutions
Qualifications

Background in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles preferred (not required)

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Confident using technology and virtual communication tools

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Professional presence over the phone and Zoom

Client-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
Requirements

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet

Active Life & Health Insurance License
(or willingness to obtain within 7–10 days — guidance and support provided)

Flexibility to meet client availability, including some evenings or weekends

If you don’t yet have a Life Insurance License, Blue Ridge Staffing will guide you through the licensing process and support you in getting licensed within 7–10 days of onboarding.
