As we continue to scale our multi-entity portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, enhance accounting processes, and ensure the integrity of financial data across the organization.
This role is essential in supporting month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis. You will partner closely with corporate finance, resort operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and reliable financial insights that help drive operational and strategic decisions.

Your Impact
- Support month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reviews
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and resolving inquiries
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls
- Support the integration of new resorts or acquisitions into accounting systems and processes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity environments
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Experience with accounting systems and general ledger management
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
- CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
